WPP Opens 34,000-Square-Foot AI Production Hub in London
WPP has opened Devon's Point, a 34,000-square-foot hub in east London combining AI, virtual and human-led production. More hubs are planned worldwide under its Elevate28 plan.

WPP has opened a 34,000-square-foot production hub in east London that brings AI-powered, virtual, and human-led production together in a single facility.
The company unveiled the site, called Devon's Point, today. Adweek got a look inside the facility ahead of the announcement.
WPP Production, the company's global division of 10,000 production professionals, operates the hub. The site also houses creative technology studio HEX and integrates WPP Open, the company's agentic marketing platform.
Devon's Point is the first of several production hubs WPP plans to open around the world, according to the company.
The London launch follows the creation of WPP Production in February. That move came as WPP restructured into four business units—production, media, creative, and enterprise solutions—under its Elevate28 turnaround plan, which aims to simplify the operating model and return the company to growth.
The hub gives WPP a physical flagship for its production strategy as it works to demonstrate that Elevate28 can deliver a simpler, faster model for clients. The planned rollout of additional hubs worldwide will test whether that strategy scales beyond the UK.
